About Us

Over 20 years ago a group of clients asked us to start a property management with one condition:
No markup on maintenance bills.

Why?

Because if the manager gets paid a percentage of the maintenance bill then the manager is motivated to do more maintenance, and more expensive maintenance.  The managers goal should be to control costs, not get paid to make more costs.

We agreed and that launched the business.

CondoCorp.services is founded on the combing of these two requests saving clients money through accountable pricing of individual services.

Where are we located?  Our staff, contractors and call centers are located throughout the US and Canada.

What is our experience? We have assisted clients manage single basement rentals to 400 unit condos.  We have worked with owners through major forest fires, floods, market booms and market busts.
